Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are issued by Mountaineer Cleaning Maids LLC ("Mountaineer Cleaning Maids", "we", "us"), which operates the CharlestonWV Cleaning Service brand and website. They apply to all cleaning services and text messaging programs provided under either name. By booking a service you agree to the following.

Booking & Pricing

Our pricing is flat-rate based on the information you provide when booking (such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, and add-ons). If the condition or size of the home differs significantly from what was booked, we may adjust the price or scope and will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or lockouts where our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided in place of a re-clean.

Access & Safety

Please ensure our team can safely access your home at the scheduled time. For everyone's safety, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances, clean biohazards, or use ladders above two steps. Please secure pets during service.

Damage & Liability

We are insured and take great care in your home. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that were improperly installed or already fragile, or damage resulting from the use of client-provided products.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. A valid card is required to hold your booking and is charged after the cleaning is complete.

SMS Terms

This SMS program is operated by Mountaineer Cleaning Maids LLC.

By checking the applicable consent box on our website forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from CharlestonWV Cleaning Service at the number provided. We offer two message programs, each requiring separate consent:

  • Transactional messages: quote replies, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and service updates. Message frequency depends on your activity with us.
  • Marketing messages: promotions, seasonal specials, and offers. Frequency may vary, approximately 2–4 messages per month.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. These SMS Terms apply to all text messages sent by CharlestonWV Cleaning Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving that type of message. You may also text STOP ALL to stop all messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
